During a DJ set by Dixon in April of 2023, Mélanie Courtinat performed live by playing a video game she created in collaboration with Transmoderna. In a surprising twist in the middle of the night, midway through his set, Dixon paused his music, and the walls of Art District Brooklyn illuminated with interactive landscapes. With a controller in hand, Mélanie navigated several virtual environments, bringing them to life in real-time for the audience.
